By accessing or using ledgely.online (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site provides free educational content, calculators, and templates related to small business administration. Pro Systems are paid offerings that bundle content into structured workflows.

You may use the Site for personal or business purposes. You may not:

• Republish material from the Site without attribution
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the Site for commercial purposes
• Use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful

Pro Systems purchases

Pro Systems are sold for $15 USD per system or $15 for all four. We use PayPal for payment processing. By purchasing a Pro System, you receive:

• Lifetime access to the system content
• An access code to unlock gated content
• Any future updates to that system

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on Pro Systems because the content is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately after payment.

Calculators and tools

The calculators and tools on the Site are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They use simplified models and reasonable assumptions, but they are not a substitute for professional advice. Results should be used as a starting point, not as definitive answers.

Intellectual property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ledgely and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Pro Systems content is licensed to you for personal and business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or repackage the content.

Third-party services

The Site uses the following third-party services:

• PayPal — Payment processing. Subject to PayPal's Terms of Service.
• Google AdSense — Advertising. Subject to Google's Terms of Service.
• Google Analytics — Site analytics. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The information and tools on this Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site.

In no event will Ledgely be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising from the use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
